Terms & Conditions:
1. Cancellations or reductions must be requested within two days of submitting the original order. Orders cancelled after the 2 day window will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
2. Minimum order is ~$100.00. Reorder is ~ $50.00
3. bink'd is not required to notify the customer before shipping.
4. All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5. The order is approved for resale at the destination stated on the order form only.
6. Any damages must be reported to bink'd within 10 business days of receipt of the order.
7. No refunds. Exchange only in cases of defects or incorrect item shipped. All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by bink'd. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of invoice.
8. Credit card orders: cards will be charged when orders are sent to the fulfillment house to be packed and shipped. bink'd uses Paypal.
9. Payments not received within a reasonable time (2 weeks of paper invoice) will be assessed a late fee of 10%. (Invoices are emailed, if a payment is not received within 1 week a hard copy is mailed.) Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee.
10. Reseller agrees to sell at MSRP or higher for year round, and for seasonal items during the current season. bink'd does offer even exchanges on holiday designs.
11. Reselling new bink'd product on eBay or other auction sites is strictly prohibited. This restriction includes selling via eBay stores.
12. We reserve the right not to sell or ship should any of these conditions not be met.
13. Packaging is to remain in tact. No labels are to be removed/replaced without prior written, documented consent of bink'd directly. All rights reserved.
